About Dreaming Bird Prints

My linoleum block prints are rooted in the landscapes of New England, particularly Cape Ann and the Berkshires. Many of these places are autobiographical touchstones—landscapes that have shaped my experience and continue to draw me back.

Working almost entirely in black and white, each design becomes an exercise in reduction and a kind of puzzle-solving in which I attempt to communicate the spirit of a place using only two values. Within these limitations, every line, shape, and contrast carries greater weight, distilling the landscape to its essential forms and character.

These are original linoleum block prints. Carved and printed by hand using archival ink and paper. Each print is unique and part of a limited edition of 50. All prints are numbered and signed.

There are three size prints:

• 8" x 10" images on 10” x 12” paper ($125)

• 8” x 8” images on 10” x 10” paper ($100)

• 8” x 6” images on 10” x 8” paper ($90).
